Only Way Out is Through

In any undertaking, it is natural for fears, doubts, old limiting beliefs and stories, and negative self-talk to come up. That’s natural.

When these come up, we often want to escape from whatever we are feeling at the moment. Hide from them. Deny them. Reject them. Hey, it’s uncomfortable. Totally natural as well.

But the thing is, the more we deny, hide, reject, and resist these feelings and emotions — the more they persist.

So then how can we get over them so that we can move forward?

Thing is, the only way out is through. We have to learn how to sit with our feelings. Be with these uncomfortable feelings. Feel them. Allow them to pass through. Then, and only then, can we truly move forward.
